Join us in redefining the boundaries of what’s possible./pp /ppstrongYour role:/strong/ppThe CEE Wholesale Marketing team is looking for experienced and dynamic Marketing Leaders to lead the development and activation of key strategic categories in the CEE region including following categories:/pullistrongLens Brands (SV, Transitions, Crizal) /strongor/lilistrongNPD/Smart Eyewear/strong/li/ulpThis role combines category ownership, long‑term strategic planning, and hands‑on go‑to‑market execution, with strong responsibility for business results. Further more the role requires strong collaboration with EMEA team and close mentoring the countries in the region./pp /ppstrongYour responsibilities:/strong/pulliImplements long term strategy, master plans, and global strategy of this fast pace and highly strategic categories in CEE/G/liliEnsures execution of Central guidelines and defines regional amp; local guidelines. Roadmap providing clear guidelines to the markets on local execution and 360°deployment (Growth Model, Best Practices...). B2B2C approach./liliEnsures that the country teams have the right plans and actions to reach budget (volume and value) for the dedicated categories by mentoring and supporting them./liliLaunches all new products on time and on budget by providing coordination with the different customer service / training / commercial / IT teams for product setups/liliCoordination of campaign assets and demo tools provided by Central and shares it with the countries, and works with countries to properly activate them in the field/liliCommunicate the CEE vision at key stakeholders. Keeps tracking amp; provides follow-up of the implementation of campaigns, assets, demo tools with photos and lists of partners/liliRepresents the CEE/Greece region and provides the Central and local teams with necessary reporting amp; consolidated information/liliSupports the Budget preparation (volumes and values) by working with the clusters and Business Category Planning/liliImplements after-sales support provided by Central (on time, localized content)./li/ulp /pp /ppstrongYour profile: /strong/pulli5–7+ years of experience in Brand, Product, or Category Management, with end‑to‑end ownership/liliProven experience in category or portfolio leadership/liliStrong experience in data‑driven strategy building, including KPI ownership, forecasting, budgeting, and performance management/liliSolid go‑to‑market expertise and experience launching products or initiatives end‑to‑end/liliExperience working in a corporate, matrix environment with regional or multi‑country scope (CEE exposure strongly preferred)./liliAbility to work effectively in B2B2C environments, closely partnering with Sales and Commercial teams./liliOptical/FMCG amp; beauty background preferred/liliMin.
