This role is critical to identifying, reporting, and mitigating risks that may impact inventory integrity, production continuity, and customer deliveries./ppThe ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong inventory control knowledge, process discipline, and a continuous improvement mindset./phrh3span style=font-size:12.0ptstrongKey Responsibilities/strong/span/h3ullipEnsure an efficient and controlled flow of materials to support production requirements and delivery commitments./p/lilipSupervise daily operations of logistics and inventory teams, assigning priorities and workloads./p/lilipMonitor receiving, storage, picking, and shipping processes to ensure compliance with established procedures./p/lilipIdentify, report, and address incidents that could impact material condition, inventory accuracy, or production plans./p/lilipEnsure finished goods are shipped according to established packaging and quality standards./p/lilipSupport onboarding, training, and ongoing development of logistics and inventory personnel./p/lilipMaintain accurate labor records, including attendance, overtime authorization, and performance documentation./p/lilipPromote and maintain workplace safety, industrial safety standards, and 6S practices./p/lilipDrive continuous improvement initiatives and support cross-functional projects and special tests./p/lilipActively participate in meetings related to logistics, inventory, and operational performance./p/li/ulhrh3strongRequirements/strong/h3ullipAdvanced English proficiency (spoken and written)./p/lilipBachelor’s degree or Engineering degree in a related field./p/lilipProven experience in inventory control and team supervision./p/lilipKnowledge of receiving, shipping, and material handling processes./p/lilipStrong understanding of industrial safety standards./p/lilipExperience with continuous improvement tools (Lean, 6S, Kaizen, etc.)./p/lilipDemonstrated leadership and people management skills./p/lilipProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)./p/li/uldivdivdiv tabindex=0divp /pp /ppstrongRecruiting process/strong/pp /ppOur recruitment process may vary; If you are selected, you will be contacted by our recruiters to guide you through the specific steps for your application.brbr/pp /ppstrongOur Diversity, Equity and Inclusion commitment/strong/pp /ph3span style=font-size:12.0ptWe are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
