This role partners closely with eye care professionals (ECPs), optical labs, amp; retail partners to support finishing workflow optimization, expand equipment utilization, amp; grow product adoption. The position requires in-depth understanding of finishing technology, competitive offerings, equipment installation considerations, amp; practice/lab operational needs. The Representative – Finishing Sales, serves as a subject matter expert, helping customers improve accuracy, efficiency, amp; profitability through EssilorLuxottica’s finishing solutions./ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliBuild amp; maintain strong relationships with ECPs, finishing labs, amp; retail optical partners to grow finishing equipment sales amp; market share.br • Prioritize accounts based on finishing equipment opportunity, operational expansion, upgrade cycles, amp; customer technology readiness.br • Maintain an active pipeline of equipment opportunities (replacements, upgrades, new installations), aligned with territory amp; company sales objectives.br • Conduct thorough needs assessments focused on practice/lab workflow, finishing capacity, error reduction, amp; production efficiency improvements.br • Deliver high-impact product demonstrations for finishing systems, clearly communicating technical value, cost savings, workflow benefits, amp; differentiation.br • Partner cross-functionally with Service, Field Engineers, amp; Customer Success to ensure seamless installations, training coordination, amp; post-sale support.br • Maintain accurate CRM documentation including pipeline, demos, proposals, installations, amp; service/customer feedback.br • Represent Essilor Instruments at trade shows, hands-on finishing workshops, amp; educational events; recommend additional opportunities for lead generation.br • Provide finishing-focused customer insights amp; competitive intelligence to product, service, amp; commercial teams.br • Execute disciplined territory management including cold calling, on-site equipment evaluations, amp; proactive identification of finishing upgrade opportunities./li/ulpstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliMS/BS degree required.br • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably with capital equipment or technical products.br • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.br • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn amp; demonstrate ophthalmic finishing equipment.br • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical features into customer value.br • Strong territory, customer, amp; time-management skills with high integrity, responsiveness, amp; accountability.br • Ability to travel up to 80% for customer visits, demos, installations, amp; events./li/ulpstrongPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliExperience selling ophthalmic finishing equipment or related lab/practice technology.br • Knowledge of retail optical amp; lab finishing workflows, equipment installation requirements, amp; customer operational challenges.br • Established relationships within the ophthalmic finishing/optical lab community.br • Experience working with CRM platforms amp; structured sales processes./li/ulpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
