The Market Manager supports the team to succeed on all measures and is responsible for their store sets business performance, customer experience, talent management and development, and flawless execution of the retail operations and brand standards./pp /ppstrongMAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES/strong/pulliManage up to ten stores in the Market. Responsible for running their Home Store./liliLeverages the Sunglass Hut Experience tools and resources to consistently deliver a winning customer experience, sales plan, and company objectives./liliCreate strategic plans in partnership with the regional manager to achieve business outcomes/liliCreates an environment of shared wins through coaching, developing, mentoring, and inspiring the team to enhance store performance and achieve goals./liliPeople work for people – uses this philosophy to grow careers, encourage teamwork, and retain talent through a development-focused environment./liliManages store staffing levels by networking, recruiting, and hiring top talent to deliver the brand experience./liliInspires team growth through individual development plans to promote an environment of accountability through performance management./liliCreates a fun, inspiring, and inclusive environment that reflects the brand culture./liliContinually coaches and develops the store teams to ensure consistent and impeccable execution of current brand initiatives./liliPromotes an environment that encourages positive customer interactions through the flawless delivery of The Sunglass Hut Experience and a training and learning culture/liliLeverages customer feedback to coach others to further enhance the customer experience./liliSet expectations, monitors and measures performance, and holds the team accountable for achieving results, including operational process and procedures in partnership with the Regional Manager/li/ulp /ppstrongBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/strong/pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/lili3+ years of previous leadership experience with 3+ years/liliMust be relocatable within the United States/liliAbility to be an ambassador for the Sunglass Hut brand/liliProtects the integrity and essence of the Sunglass Hut brand/liliStrong product knowledge.
