The focus is on New Product Introduction (NPI) and industrial projects, including process and raw material validation./ppThe role contributes directly to the Group’s sustainability mission—improving lives by improving sight—by ensuring all validation, quality, and project activities comply with regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards./pdivh2span style=text-decoration:underlinespan style=Key Responsibilities/span/span/h2h3span style=1. Project Validation amp; Quality Assurance/span/h3ulliManage and support the innovation and validation cycle for new products and technologies, including lenses, materials, coatings, complex systems, digital solutions, and services./liliLead product and process validation against requirements such as safety, regulatory compliance, performance claims, and consumer satisfaction./liliApply Quality tools and methodologies, including risk assessment, concept analysis, and process validation./liliPrepare and maintain all required project documentation (e.g. Risk Analyses, Test Plans, Development Reviews)./liliAct as a key interface with production, engineering, plant quality, corporate quality, Innovation Quality, Ramp;D, Manufacturing Engineering, and market teams./liliSupport project teams with root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans./li/ulh3span style=2. Tools, Data amp; Communication/span/h3ulliUse appropriate data analysis tools to manage and interpret technical and commercial data from multiple sources./liliEnsure validation processes follow the correct tools, methods, and governance steps./liliServe as a zone-level reference for validation processes and risk analysis, providing guidance and support to plants as needed./liliDeliver training on validation methodologies and risk management topics when required./liliMaintain and continuously update the project validation database./liliEnsure clear, timely, and effective communication with internal stakeholders, including plants, WW Manufacturing Quality, Innovation Quality, and global engineering teams./li/ulh3span style=3. Continuous Improvement/span/h3ulliPromote a continuous improvement mindset./liliProactively identify opportunities to improve validation, quality, and industrial processes./liliWork closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to implement improvements./li/uldivh2span style=text-decoration:underlinespan style=Requirements/span/span/h2h3span style=Mandatory Qualifications/span/h3ulliBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field./liliFluent in English (spoken and written)./liliWillingness to travel occasionally./lili5–8 years of experience in Quality, Process Engineering, or Manufacturing environments./liliStrong technical knowledge of:ulliQuality systems/liliProcess control/liliStatistical analysis/li/ul/liliProficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Minitab./li/ul/div/div/div/divdiv /div
