Project Validation amp; Quality Assurance/span/h3ulliManage and support the innovation and validation cycle for new products and technologies, including lenses, materials, coatings, complex systems, digital solutions, and services./liliLead product and process validation against requirements such as safety, regulatory compliance, performance claims, and consumer satisfaction./liliApply Quality tools and methodologies, including risk assessment, concept analysis, and process validation./liliPrepare and maintain all required project documentation (e.g. Risk Analyses, Test Plans, Development Reviews)./liliAct as a key interface with production, engineering, plant quality, corporate quality, Innovation Quality, Ramp;D, Manufacturing Engineering, and market teams./liliSupport project teams with root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective and preventive action plans./li/ulh3span style=2.
