Leads supervisors and production teams to successfully achieve daily performance goals and objectives established by facility leaders. Maintains a safe working environment and promotes a culture of associate engagement that provides opportunities for growth and advancement. pstronguMAJOR DUTIES amp; RESPONSIBILITIES/u/strong/pULLIDetermines staffing requirements.LIHires and trains new staff.LISupervises direct reporting staff according to Luxottica Characteristics.LISets employee goals and objectives.LIDevelops staff to maximize potential.LIEvaluates current business processes and systems.LIPlans and implement. procedures and systems to continuously improve operations.LIEstablishes and maintains controls.LIFormulates department/unit policies and practices.LICoordinates financial and budget activities for maximum operational efficiency.LIFacilitates the preparation and analysis of reports.LIResponsible for the achievement of department/division/unit productivity and quality goals.LIOrganizes and manages business meetings/ULpstronguBASIC QUALIFICATIONS/u/strong/pULLIBachelor’s degree LI6+ years of experience in related field LIKnowledge of business and management principles and practices LIKnowledge of strategic planning LIKnowledge of human resource management principles and proceduresLIKnowledge of basic economic and accounting principles and practicesLIKnowledge of office administrative proceduresLIProficient in relevant software applicationsLIGood oral and written communication skillsLIGood judgment and decision making skillsLIGood planning and organizational skillsLIProblem analysis and problem solving skills/ULpstronguPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/u/strong/pULLISupervisory experience /ULpThis posting is for an existing vacancy within our business.
