Operations Manager, Plaza Del Lago

The Team: The Hermès Plaza Del Lago Boutique will open in August 2026 and will focus on providing extraordinary service to clients as a part of the Northern Region. This position will report to the Managing Director and will work collaboratively with the sales team and selling support teams to support the client experience in a fast-paced, luxury environment. The Opportunity: The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational functions which may include inventory control, housekeeping, maintenance and selling service associates. This position is responsible for adhering to P&L budget for all operational areas. The Manager of Operations communicates trains and implements all company policies and ensures compliance. The Operations Manager will create efficient processes, set parameters and implement directives to support operational efficiency and growth. All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
