Main Responsibilities
• Manage cash register operations, including opening, closing, and reconciliation
• Review and comment on relevant reports using internal tools
• Complete after-sales service files through desktop applications
• Prepare products for repair shipments and follow up with customers accordingly
• Handle customer service tasks, including order sourcing, validation, and customer notifications
• Process remote sales payments and ensure customer follow-up
• Order, track, and distribute staff uniforms Profile
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and customer service required
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English required; French is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer applications and digital tools
