Learning & Development Internship

GENERAL ROLE The Learning & Development Intern will gain some valuable HR experience while contributing and supporting the activities and tasks of the HR team. He/She will rapidly gain an understanding of a fashion and luxury retail industry and the day-to-day organization of an HR department, focusing on the area of learning and development. MAIN RESPONSABILITIES The Intern will be involved in the following activities:
• Stand out as role model of Hermès values and culture, showing highest integrity and ethical behaviour, embodying brand image with an excellent grooming and attitude;
• Contact attendees and representatives about upcoming training program;
• Organize training sessions, including operational aspects such as transfers, hotel reservations, catering and the preparation of all the documents and materials needed;
• Schedule the appropriate conference lines and/or rooms, and other logistics for presentations and trainings;
