1. Experience:
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of management experience in the hospitality industry, preferably within luxury hotels, high-end restaurants, or private clubs.
2. Knowledge & Skills:
Exceptional hospitality spirit and passion for unparalleled client service.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Exceptional mastery of the art of conversation and social intelligence: active listening, adapting tone and vocabulary, and creating meaningful introductions and connections.
Strong general culture and an active, informed grasp of Tokyo’s cultural and artistic scene; ability to speak with ease and credibility to sophisticated audiences.
International mindset, with the proven ability to interact with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds.
Profound interest in luxury goods, craftsmanship and the art of fine living.
Fluency in Japanese and English.
Meticulous attention to detail and a keen sense of aesthetics.
