Director, Human Resources, Latin America & Caribbean

10-15 years in Human Resources and people management. Must be experienced with Brazil labor law. Experience with other Latin America & Caribbean markets is a plus. Luxury retail experience required. Must be fluent in English and Portuguese. Spanish preferable and French a plus.   Strong communication, team building, collaboration and people management skills. Confidentiality and ability to provide objective feedback are a must. Ability to deal with high complexity and fast paced environment.
