VIE - Business Analyst (W/M)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. 3 years of experience in finance, controlling, business analysis, or data analysis (internship experience acceptable). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide business insights. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis). Strong attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets accurately. Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet reporting deadlines. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Interest in retail business performance and sales analysis. Strong communication skills in English and Japanese (native-level Japanese with business-level English, or vice versa).
