VIE - Industrial Controller (Opex & Capex) | ITALY

Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CMA) is highly preferred. 1-3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost control within a fast-paced environment. Skills & Competencies: Strong foundational knowledge of financial principles, accounting practices, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and comprehensive financial reporting. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present complex financial information clearly. High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment. Languages: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Proficiency in French and/or Italian is a significant advantage.
