IT Assistant Manager

Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in retail industry. Practical experience across a wide spectrum of security technologies such as Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Endpoint and Network Detection & Response (EDR/NDR) systems and Cloud security frameworks. Experience with K-ISMS certification processes and qualification such as CISSP, CISA, CISM is a plus. Strong proficiency in ITSM principles and tools (e.g., ServiceNow) Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Proficient in spoken and written English
