Plant Continuous Improvement Manager - Temps & Methods

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related technical field;
3+ years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Industrial engineering or Production within a dynamic international setting, specifically focused on Operations environment;
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, problem-solving methodologies, and time & methods (MTM, MOST, or similar);
Solid understanding of costing, production flows and material efficiency;
Excellent analytical skills and strong proficiency with Excel and data tools;
Hands-on mindset with the ability to work closely with operators and managers on the shop floor;
Strong communication and facilitation skills;
Fluent in English. French is a plus.
