Human Resources Manager (M/F)

You will report to the General Manager, Head of Human Resources LVMH Hotel Management and the owner. You will manage by example, inspiring and motivating the Ambassadeurs, encouraging them to make decisions based on the Cheval Blanc values.   Your passion for the job, your autonomy, your attention to details and your empathy will enable you to carry out your assignments with excellence. The priority of our Maison and all our Ambassadeurs is to provide a high-quality service in line with our standards.   Holding a Master's degree in Hotel Management or HR Management, you have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, gained in an international group.   You speak Italian and English as well as professional French is a plus. You have dual expertise in personnel administration/payroll and HR development. Experience in Italian labor law and the hotel/restaurant/tourism agreement is essential. A working knowledge of HR informatic system is ideal.   The permanent position is based in Sardinia during the season, in Italy the rest of the year and is available as soon as possible.
