Finance Director Europe

7–10 years’ experience in a senior finance role within an international, multi-country organization; luxury/fashion/retail experience is a strong plus. Degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration; MSc/MBA preferred. Strong leadership skills, able to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex information and engaging non-financial audiences. High integrity, proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset. Energetic, curious, intellectually rigorous, and motivated by growth, transformation and operational excellence. Fluent in English and Italian; French is a plus.
