- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as an IT Manager or in a similar senior-level IT management role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems and user end points management (windows & iOS ecosystem).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and regulatory compliance.
- Fluent English
