Experience
2–5 years of experience in an international business environment, preferably in (luxury) e-commerce, digital marketing or a related industry.
Hands-on experience in managing performance-driven digital channels (Paid Search, CRM, SEO, Paid Social).
Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment.
Skills
Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to translate business data into clear actions and commercial impact.
Advanced proficiency in Excel; familiarity with PowerBI or Looker Studio is a plus.
Solid understanding of digital performance ecosystems (Paid Search, CRM, SEO) and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Google Ads, Contentsquare)
Ability to structure insights, prioritize opportunities and influence stakeholders through data-driven recommendations.
Excellent written command of English; Polish is a strong plus.
