They demonstrate advanced technical expertise in makeup artistry, providing product selection guidance, shade matching, and application techniques while staying current on trends and innovations.     Technical skills: Advanced makeup application expertise with strong product, technique, and tool knowledge; able to interpret and adapt looks to suit different clients, occasions, and preferences. Soft skills: Engaging storyteller who connects brand heritage to the client experience; client-centric relationship builder with clear, confident communication; collaborative, adaptable team player. Personality and passion: Enthusiastic about beauty, color, fashion, art, and culture; positive, approachable, creative, and committed to excellence. Professional standards: Impeccable luxury-level grooming and strong organization to maintain a clean, tidy, and highly presentable workspace.     The appointed candidate will be offered an hourly rate in the range of USD $32-$38 plus the opportunity for for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.​
