Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (sales focus preferred)
Proven sales experience in On Trade/Off Trade; FMCG background with premium brands
Strong market, product, and outlet knowledge; affinity for luxury, wines & spirits
Fluent in German and English; French and other languages are a plus
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Structured, analytical, and highly organized; proficient in MS Office
Creative, passionate, and collaborative team player
Willingness for international mobility; valid Class B driving license
Munich region residency
