Director, Revenue Growth Management

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) Professional Experience 10+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Commercial Strategy, or related roles in CPG or beverage alcohol industries, with 5+ years managing a team. Practical/Technical Knowledge Strong understanding of the 3-tier system and distributor/retailer dynamics in wine & spirits Advanced analytical skills; experience with financial modeling, pricing tools, and BI platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Anaplan) Proficiency with syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen, VIP) and TPM/TPO systems Track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders Strong storytelling, presentation, and change management skills Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution and detail orientation.
