Client Care /Product Repair Specialist (m/f/d)- Munich

Your experience and skills Interested in high quality products with tradition and curious to work on our RIMOWA products, combining luxury with our technical heritage. Talented in craftsmanship. Organized, details-oriented, structured and a team player. Proactive in how you approach clientele, build long-term relationships and approach each situation with a collaborative spirit. Enthusiastic about retail and delivering memorable experiences for our clientele. Experienced in a similar role. Fluent in speaking the national language and in English.
