Who You Are We are seeking a proactive and analytical finance professional with a passion for luxury and a drive for continuous improvement. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline. Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in FP&A;, management accounting, or a similar commercial finance role. Experience within the retail or FMCG sectors, particularly in Travel Retail, is highly valued. Skills: Possess strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to interpret complex financial information. Communication: A confident and articulate communicator, capable of effectively partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies. Collaboration & Autonomy: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a matrixed, multi-country environment. Mindset: Agile, proactive, and adaptable, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and process enhancement. Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; experience with SAP is a significant advantage.
