Client Advisor - TAG Heuer Serrano

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury retail operations or related commercial environments, supported by a strong commercial background and training. Proven knowledge of luxury retail operations, including selling techniques, clienteling KPIs, digital tools, and a deep understanding of brand DNA, collections, and retail procedures. Advanced fluency in English and Spanish; proficiency in additional languages is highly valued. Possesses a client-centric mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with a strong service predisposition. As part of the LVMH LIFE360 program aimed at reducing LVMH’s ecological impact, which includes a Green IT vertical, candidates should demonstrate a keen interest in environmental issues related to Green IT and be eager to be trained and to implement associated best practices
