(Senior) Internal Communication Manager

As the (Senior) Internal Communication Manager, you will play a key role in developing and implementing internal communication strategies to engage and inspire our employees worldwide. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with our brand values and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement comprehensive internal communication strategies that promote employee engagement and company culture, and a strong sense of community within the organization.

- Create and manage communication channels, including newsletters, intranet, social media, and other platforms, to effectively reach employees at all levels.

- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to ensure that internal communication initiatives support organizational goals, values, and priorities.

- Lead the planning and execution of employee events, town halls, and other engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and sense of belonging among employees.

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of internal communication initiatives through feedback, surveys, and analytics to continuously improve communication practices.

- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on internal communication matters, providing counsel and insights on best practices and industry trends.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in internal communication, employee engagement, or related roles within a corporate environment, preferably in the luxury or fashion industry.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies that drive employee engagement and alignment with organizational objectives.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve common goals.
