Data Analytical & Reporting:
l Responsible for industry marketing research and strategic related reports.
l Well maintaining the < DAI relevant documentation>, <Mater File>, and <Department required documentation> etc. Ensure all the data base is timely updated and accurate.
l Preparing and generating the reports for BD meeting and market visit, intelligence analysis, other request report if needed etc.
l Assist BD team in advising on, handling and managing basic business requests across all relevant aspects internally.
l Other responsibilities as determined by BD head to support various business priorities.
Progress Tracking :
l Full responsibility in Internal contract progress by closely coordinate with Legal, Financial, Cross functional team until contract is sealed by both parties, within the DAI request schedule.
l Fulfill & Managing the Boutique system
l Fulfill & Managing Contract system and other system if needed etc
l Participating in creating < Critical Parth Track > in order to closely monitor projects status and given alert to relevant part with regards to initiate contract renewal nego OR commercial related action. (Highlighting key achievements and areas of concern)
l As a central back-office for all BD to receive BD related request from other department and support for coordination.
l Full responsibility of filling and maintaining all critical file, certificate & information
l Othe ad-hoc responsibility from BD head
Technical skills:
l Highly computer literate, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel.
l Strong administrative and organization skills, multitasking skills.
l Good knowledge of Officer and Strong Analytical Skills, good communication skills.
l Oriented ability to work with cross -functional teams.
l Good command of English language.
l Working knowledge of Legal/Commercial/ business management is prefered.

l To have experience of working with confidential information and must demonstrate complete discretion.
l To have experience of liaising with key stakeholders and managing relationships with senior LL.
l Bachelor degree, above 5 years of relevant working experience is requested.
