Regional Visual Merchandising Manager

As the Area Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a key role in the implementing visual merchandising strategies across multiple retail locations in South Region. You will be responsible for elevating brand's presence and enhancing the customer experience through innovative displays and strategic merchandising.



Responsibilities:


- Review of current rotation and store layout with Store VM and Store-in-Charge.


- Exchange with Store Manager on VM subjects (including minor works, maintenance, lightboxes, issues with contractors, props orders, etc.).


- Participate to in-store VM activities, such as window installation, product rotation and events, etc.


- Control the quality of implementation through photos analysis and store visits.


- Define the store zonings in close collaboration with China Communications, Merchandising and Store VM and Store Managers.


- Props interior, including place restocking orders of VM props 4 times a year.


- Ensure the VM props are well implemented and keep updated the VM props document on regular basis.


- Contribute actively to VM for the new store openings.


- Give feedbacks and ensure reporting to China VM team, Regional Director, and Store-in-Charge.


- Attend to China VM meetings and seminars.



Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree or above and overseas background will be preferred.


- Minimum 6 years in the field of design and/or fashion.


- Passion towards luxury/fashion industry and knowledge of luxury retail business.


- Good communication skills and computer literacy (MS Office and Photoshop etc).


- Strong ability to multi-task and accuracy in VM experience.


- Fluent in both Mandarin and English, French is a plus.
