PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To conduct Fragrance related training, work with sales team for the fragrance product sales growth.
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
· Customize central training material according to local market situation.
· Conduct TTT training for AT team to make sure accurate knowledge delivering.
· Assist AT to conduct novelty cycle training in primary cities.
· To implement BC development program on fragrance according to central curriculum.
· Coordinate and support with marketing department team to develop and implement marketing plan.
· Assist to develop the BC & business potential on fragrance and involve in the action plan.
· Collaborate with marketing team & planning team to arrange fragrance testers & relevant materials for training use.
· Support retail team to conduct fragrance beauty class & pos event.
