MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION
The Demand Planner act as the key contributor to optimize non sellable forecast control (focusing on miniature and sample), ensure forecast building aligned with central guidance and budget, as well as forecast stability. This role will also be responsible to build forecast on sellable item of one of the main categories, target to deliver excellence on forecast accuracy and ensure business delivery on the category.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
The Demand Planner main responsibilities are:
- Coordinate with sales, marketing and controlling on building demand forecast on main category, ensure the smooth forecasting process to build a horizon of 18 months by sku forecast.
- Responsible of novelty accuracy by building analysis based on channel submission.
- Consolidate non-sellable forecast and analyze on demand, ensure forecast stability and control gap vs budget (focusing sample and miniature)
- Assist on the monthly pre-s&op; and s&op; meeting preparation.
- Prepare and analyze the forecast indicators, identify the root cause, potential risk and corresponding action plans.
- Collaboration with HQ and regional team to smooth the understanding of local demand

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- University graduated
- Above 3-5 years working experience in demand forecast field in Cosmetics, Retail FMCG company preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills with cross functional teams and customers
- Strong numerical sense and analytical ability
- Good command of English, both in written and oral
- Advanced Excel proficiency
