MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THIS POSITION
- Support training manager to achieve the Key objectives: to increase CA productivity and improve client experience.
- Ensure the execution of in class / online / field follow up, through the excellent preparation & maintenance.
- Training report, collect all channels training feedback, post evaluation, follow up the in-house training to the field, to monitor roll-out status.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION
- To collect all channels feedback regarding in class and field coaching to improve training results. make monthly training report, for each direct CA and top indirect CA.
- Monitor and evaluate the service/link sales/new products performance of CA to ensure continuous improvement
- Manage resources efficiently to maximize the impact of training initiatives, for all channels. including training set up, documentation, etc.
- training materials maintenance, such as training gift, and digital materials updates.
PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND
- 3+ years retail experience, especially sales driven
- Strong retail management skills, sales skills
- Great in coaching and communication skills
- Self-driven, good learning agility and be responsible
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong interest in fragrance/ retail industry and willing to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel
