Senior Specialist, Category Replenishment

Job Summary:
Support the Category Replenishment Manager in driving KPI achievement for E2E inventory management and supply chain efficiency.
Assist in understanding category merchandising strategies and translate them into actionable supply chain plans.
Coordinate omni-channel inventory management to ensure stock availability and efficiency.
Facilitate supplier collaboration to secure resilient supply and reduce risks.
Support identification and execution of initiatives/projects for continuous improvement of operation efficiency and accuracy.
Provide visibility of key data and progress to cross-functional teams and build alignment.
Responsibilities:
Check OOS at regular basis and alert to whole categories, consolidate supply limit/recovery plan for line leaders;
Manul push for SET/singles/Tester;
Fulfillment status collection and alert to line leaders;
Reporting and Tracking support to all category replenishment if needed.
Qualifications:
0-3 years working experience in supply chain, inventory management, or planning.
Basic understanding of omni-channel retail model and basic knowledge of category inventory management.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or automation tools is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Good written and oral English skills.
Strong sense of responsibility, willing to learn and grow into an independent manager role.
Able to work under pressure and deliver on tight deadlines.
