Distribution Planning Specialist

1. Event/Caravan/New store opening Management

-         Communication with Central and local Merchandising on event or new store stock build;

-         Provide visibility of stock situation before the event/new store open;

-         Work with Logistics team to ensure the stock availability on the event/new stores;

-         Follow-up with the inventory flow after event/caravan;

-         Other supply chain daily operations.

2.Inventory maintenance

-         Manage supply, inventory and distribution of high-end products;

-         Manage inventory of China network and store product availability rate;

-         Other stock maintenance (regrouping, rebalancing etc.)

-         Working with After sales team on defective products.


3.Order follow-up and Visibility check

-         Communication with Paris team regarding the production, lead time and availability of products;

-         Follow up with store orders and provide visibility to stores regularly;

-         Working with Merchandising regarding special allocation.


Requirement:

-         Bachelor degree and above. with at least 3 years working experience in supply chain area.

-         Experience in retail, FMCG and Automobile industries is preferred.

-         Fluent in English and Mandarin, French is a plus

-         Good command of Excel/ERP system

-         Good business sense and detail oriented

-         Strong analytical skills and good communication skills

-         Ownership of work
