Duties and Responsibilities:
Focus on digital marketing and media investment strategies to reinforce Sephora China's image as a trend-setting, 'COOL' brand.
Through data-driven, high-efficiency touchpoints, the role delivers improvements in brand visibility, consumer engagement, and omnichannel footfall (driving both online traffic and in-store visits).
Media & Social Campaign Development
- Plan, develop and implement social & media activations for all Sephora marketing projects including animation, BPS, new brand launch, mono brands repush, SEB and SEPHORIA.
- Support to elevate brand media strategy and ways of working, ensuring media solutions are insight-led, audience-centric and aligned with brand objectives.
- Co-work with cross teams to seek innovative approach to build unique brand experience and engage target consumers, e.g. GEO and LBS tech.
Brand owned accounts management
- Develop and execute OA content plan aligned with brand DNA and Ecom traffic needs, covering all social platforms (e.g. Wechat, Red, Douyin & Weibo).
- Develop and implement strategies to grow the follower base through high-quality content.
- Closely work with Ecom team on traffic tracking and analysis to secure stable organic traffic for DRAGON (mini program).
- Develop and execute Sephora E-magazine content production to enhance brand leading power in beauty industry.
Daily supportive work with cross functions
- Co-work with PR team to track consumer social voice and crisis management.
- Co-work with Retail team to manage store information on Meituan & Dazhong.
- Co-work with Merch team to manage mono brands content release.
Agency Managemement
- Manage & monitor all agencies performance.
- Monitor and constantly improve media efficiency.
- Develop execution procedure & plan for each campaigns.
- Set up KPI for all performance reports to evaluate / analysis different online channels and efficiency.
Recommend new digital technology
- To stay competitive, to find, develop & use new digital tools, technologies and functions to improve online activity and to keep constantly fresh and new
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years’ experience in similar capacity with multinational organization or beauty industry or top media agency.
- Bachelor degree. Major in Communications / Journalism / Marketing is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skill.
- Good media and social contacts.
- Native tongue speaker with good command of English.
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc).
