Sourcing Intern/Sourcing Intern

Job Duties:
- Assist the APAC Purchasing team in the end-to-end procurement process for different indirect categories (IT, Retail, General Expenses, Marketing & Communication), including, but not limited to:
- Prepare Purchasing documents for bidding process
- Analyze stakeholders’ consolidation, Suppliers Proposal
- Supplier on-boarding process / due diligence check Support in Procure to Pay process (contract signature, payment, invoice)
- Support on Sourcing coordination event organisation and onsite support
- Other administrative requests from Purchasing Manager
General Requirements:
- Bachelor or above (ideally in Business Administration, Procurement, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field).
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBi), Image and Video editing software tools
- A proactive attitude and strong desire to learn
- Strong interest in procurement and luxury industry
- Fluent in Mandarin and English, French is a plus
- 4-5 days a week, for at least 6 months
