The Role: Senior Client Advisor | Full–Time | Milano As part of the upcoming relocation of our Milano store, we are looking for a Senior Client Advisor to join our team and support this exciting new phase of growth. The Senior Client Advisor will guide clients through the brand’s values, heritage and product universe, developing meaningful long-term relationships while contributing to the overall store performance. This role requires a strong client-centric mindset, a passion for product storytelling, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the team to achieve shared goals and results. Your Impact The Day-To-Day: Ensure excellent client experience while maintaining the quality standards required by the brand; Act as a brand ambassador to the store’s clientele, demonstrating strong passion and commitment to the brand while embodying brand values and vision; Take ownership of all phases of selling ceremony, driving sales performance through a client-centric mindset and actively engaging in 1to1 clienteling to build and cultivate long-term relationships; Support store operations while ensuring after-sales service and follow-up with clients; Develop in-depth knowledge of all product categories to deliver storytelling around collection, fabrics and treatments in line with the technical excellence that defines the brand; Implement and maintain Company’s Visual standards in store, collaborating with Visual Merchandising team, ensuring replenishment and stock management are consistently executed; Be aware of Store’s target and KPIs, supporting Managers in promoting a performance culture; Collaborate with the team in an effective and enthusiastic way, conveying energy and motivation in daily activities. Qualifications Strong previous experience in sales roles within Fashion Retail/ Hospitality; with interest/studies in Fashion-related courses - Experience within Luxury and Contemporary Retail environment is a plus; Excellent understanding of the luxury sector, KPIs, product sensitivity; Service-oriented, with strong communication and interpersonal skills, team spirit, and the ability to work independently; Reliable, punctual, flexible; Passion for retail, client service and the luxury fashion industry; Fluency and sophistication in Italian, English – an additional language is a plus; Digitally aware and open to new tools, applications, and ways of working; Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
