Commercial Performance Project Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Performance Project Manager to join our Benelux & Nordics Commercial team. In this transversal role, you will be responsible for developing the analysis and interpretation of the Network and the Client insights to fuel strategies and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. As a referent of Business performance in the market, you will collaborate with a wide array of stakeholders: HQ, European commercial team and local Marketing, Communication, Client Engagement and Commercial teams.   

 

KEY REPONSIBILITIES: 

  

 

BUSINESS & CLIENT PERFORMANCE

  • Update and animate the weekly result performance meeting
  • Provide daily sales report to management
  • Master internal performance dashboard tool such as looker
  • Provide all necessary data to management upon request
  • Plan Sales forecast in partnership with Area Managers and coordinate with EU/HQ for accurate information transfer including notably monthly targets and budget process
  • Collaborate closely with Europe to ensure perfect accuracy on client data performance
  • Own data regarding Client Engagement, Client Experience, Client Performance and Business Performance by:
    • Collaborating with appropriate stakeholders
    • Understanding the meaning and nuance of each data
    • Providing row data as much as full dashboard
    • Creating ad hoc dashboards answering local priorities using Looker or Excel

 

In other words: You are the go-to person in terms of performance for the entire market.

 

COMMERCIAL CONTENT CREATION AND TEAM ORGANIZATION

  • Organize 3 Retail Seminar per year, produce content and coordinate in partnership with the impacted teams
  • Coordinate market strategic content for regular townhall or Top Management Market visit
  • Own and produce boutique Action Plan template in coordination with Area Managers and Boutiques
  • Monitor, create and animate boutique, local and European instances
  • Organize 2 Wholesale Seminar per year, including Watches & Wonders and create all presentations by partner

 

In other words: All commercial strategic contents are coordinated by you.

 

EXTRA REPONSIBILITIES

  • Compute monthly the commission and communicate it to finance for payment
  • Upon request of Top Management, manage and deliver strategic projects such as weekly communication from boutique to office

In other words: Upon request and team bandwidth, you will be the dedicated project manager for commercial 360 projects.

  

PROFILE  

  

  • Master’s degree in business administration, computer science or finance  

  • 5+ years of professional experience working in marketing, communication or business performance 

  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (preferably Looker and PowerBi)  

  • Strong presentation skills  

  • Detail oriented, with strong analytical skills 

  • Strong ability to build effective working relationships with different parties 

  • Strong command of both written and spoken English 

  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and team player 

  • Capacity to multi tasks 

  • Strong will to learn and to tackle a wide variety of subjects 

  • Curious and hardworking 

  • Able to work both in teams and individually
