Media & Trade Marketing Manager (정규직)

About the job

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Lead end-to-end media strategy, planning, execution, and performance optimization across all media channels. Responsible for managing the marketing budget, including forecasting, tracking, and performance monitoring.

Media planning:

AD (Print, digital and OOH)

• Formulate annual media strategy and campaign plans aligned with global guidelines

• Collaborate closely with media agencies for planning, execution, reporting, and competitor monitoring

• Define target media channels (print, OOH, digital), budget allocation, placements, and frequency

• Oversee asset development, visual validation, and production quality

• Lead end-to-end media planning and ensure alignment with central media team and agency performance

Digital marketing specific responsibilities:

  • Own relationship with media agencies and internal e-commerce team to define digital media plans that deliver engagement and efficiency at scale

  • Monitor campaign performance and assess against KPIs (ROI, reach, engagement)

  • Identify optimization opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

  • Develop digital strategies to strengthen brand visibility and market penetration

Budget Management

  • Responsible for media budget planning and follow-up

  • Monitor monthly, quarterly, and yearly A&P spending and ensure budget efficiency

About you

We are looking for a unique and amazing talent, who brings along the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field

  • 10 years of relevant experience in media planning and digital marketing

  • Strong experience in digital media and social platforms, with data-driven mindset

  • Experience in retail or luxury industries preferred

  • Strong communication and presentation skills

  • Excellent planning and organizational skills

  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with a “Win as One” mindset

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Fluency in Korean and English

  • Proven track record of delivering commercial results in a multi-channel environment.
