Title: Brand Ambassador – Bulgari Perfumes

Location: Bloomingdale’s 59th Street, New York, NY

Position Summary: As a Brand Ambassador for Bulgari Perfumes, you will represent the brand with professionalism, expertise, and passion. This role combines luxury sales, product knowledge, and client engagement to deliver exceptional in-store experiences. You will work under the supervision of the Selling Manager, contributing to sales growth, event success, and the overall prestige of Bulgari in-store.

Les missions

  • Drive sales for all Bulgari perfume brands and consistently achieve or exceed individual and event sales goals.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences.
  • Utilize suggestive selling techniques and leverage tie-in marketing or storewide promotions.
  • Plan, execute, and deliver event sales goals while supporting special in-store activations.
  • Report business results and observations daily and weekly to the Selling Manager in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure product replenishment and maintain luxury presentation standards.
  • Uphold brand grooming standards and uniform guidelines at all times.
  • Support merchandising updates and store events to maximize brand visibility.

Profil

2+ years of sales experience in fragrance, beauty, or luxury retail, with proven success in delivering event and promotional sales goals. Ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Experience collaborating with management to achieve sales and business objectives. Demonstrates personal accountability and results-oriented behavior. Strong communication skills, timeliness, and professional interaction with clients, peers, and management. Dependable and punctual, able to clock in/out accurately and maintain availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Self-motivated self-starter, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to build relationships and deliver a client-focused experience. Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
