Within the Omnichannel department, based in Rome, we are searching for a Client Engagement and Campaigns Specialist.

Reporting to the Client Engagement and Campaigns Associate Manager, the selected candidate will support the implementation, management, and optimization of CRM communication campaigns across multiple channels.
The role will contribute to enhancing customer engagement through data-driven campaigns, enabling omnichannel initiatives, and ensuring consistent, locally relevant execution across markets.

Les missions

Key Accountabilities

  • Coordinate the development and execution of CRM campaigns targeting prospects and customers across online and offline channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance and assist in reporting, analysis, and benchmarking to optimize engagement and effectiveness.
  • Assist in implementing the omnichannel strategy, ensuring consistency across channels and contributing to improvements in:
    • content relevance;
    • channel mix;
    • customer segmentation.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed in alignment with key moments of the customer journey.
  • Support the adaptation of global campaigns to regional/local markets, ensuring relevance and consistency.
  • Contribute to the preparation of guidelines, documentation, and training materials for regional teams.
  • Assist in coordination and operational follow-up to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and accurately.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements, operational efficiencies, and enhanced customer engagement.
  • Support, in close partnership with the Trade Marketing team, the coordination of target audience selection and tailored communication plans for in-store activations across international markets, ensuring alignment with brand positioning and excellence standards.

Profil

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field. 2 - 3 years of experience in CRM, digital marketing, or campaign management. Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, including Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages will be considered a plus.
