Description

Within Bulgari S.p.A. Italy Finance & Administration organization, based in Rome, the role acts as a key operational and control interface across Retail, Corporate, Logistics and Finance, serving Bulgari Italy retail boutiques as well as supporting inventory movements for Corporate, PR, events and other business functions. The position ensures inventory accuracy, stock integrity and full traceability of products across boutiques, seasonal stores, special locations, PR activities, events and intra-group movements, operating beyond pure retail execution and covering broader inventory control responsibilities at country level.

Also, safeguards Bulgari’s assets by monitoring, reconciling and controlling inventory flows, supporting business continuity, minimizing operational risk and ensuring full compliance with internal policies, SAP governance and customs requirements.

Operating at the crossroads of inventory control, logistics execution and financial accuracy, this role contributes directly to stock reliability, retail efficiency and the protection of high-value products across Italy and Corporate operations.

Les missions

1. Monitor inventory levels and stock movements across boutiques, seasonal stores and special locations (including PR, VIP gifting, shootings, events and consignment)
2. Execute and control intrashop and intra-group stock transfers, ensuring SAP accuracy and reconciliation.
3. Support opening and closing of seasonal boutiques and coordinate shipping activities with logistics partners.
4. Perform physical inventory counts, inventory adjustments (ADJ) and reconciliation activities.
5. Control inbound and outbound stock flows, identifying discrepancies and supporting resolution with boutiques.
6. Generate inventory reports, stock analysis, obsolescence and destruction documentation.
7. Handle distributor returns, including physical checks, valuation, SAP postings and re-labeling.
8. Support customs-related documentation, proforma invoices and airport operations.
9. Ensure correct management of buyback, consignment-out and product recalls.
10. Act as operational support and advisor to boutiques on inventory processes and KPIs.
11. Collaborate with other F&A; organization, Retail, Logistics, PR and Corporate stakeholders to ensure business continuity.

Profil

Requirements • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar • 3–4 years of experience in inventory control, retail operations, logistics or finance operations • Experience in retail, luxury, fashion • Familiarity with customs documentation and shipping processes • Advanced Excel skills; reporting tools are a plus • Fluent Italian and professional English (written and spoken) • Availability to support peak periods (inventories, seasonal openings, events) Main Skills & Competencies • Strong inventory control and reconciliation mindset • Solid understanding of retail and luxury stock dynamics • SAP MM and SD operational knowledge • High attention to detail and risk awareness • Analytical and reporting capabilities • Ability to manage high volumes of high-value products • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management • Structured, reliable and solution-oriented approach • Ability to balance operational execution and control activities Soft Skills • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for end-to-end processes • Ability to manage priorities in fast-paced environments • Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Clear and effective communication  • Proactive problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic approach; •  Attention to detail, High level of reliability, discretion and integrity when handling high-value assets •  Flexibility
