Description
Bulgari Gioielli, within its Supply Chain Department - High Jewelry Workshop based in Rome, is searching for an Inventory Control & Order Fulfillment Specialist.
Les missions
Mission
Manage all logistic activities within the Bulgari High Jewelry Workshop for raw materials, prototypes, semi-finished, and finished products, ensuring efficient and proper material handling, document completeness, and correct registrations in the systems, according to Company F&A; and Logistics procedures.
Profil
Accountabilities Perform all activities (picking, packing, good receipt and good issue) regarding national/international shipments, verifying conformity of the received/issued products and to the documentation, compliant with import/export norms Manage/perform product intra-plant movements and register pertinent data in the system. Support Product Managers with the product finalization flow and reworking flow Support management for KPIs analysis and update logistic dashboard Perform and manage reconciliations with suppliers and internal customers according to company procedures. Guarantee logistics support to events and fairs. Perform periodically inventory of stock and manage pertinent data in the system, handling inventory discrepancies between physical and financial values according to F&A; procedures and indications. Maintain inventory control records and provide solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. Act as a reference point for IT projects. Support manager on optimization and implementation of new flows and tools.Informations complémentaires
Competencies
- Master’s degree in Engineering or Economics
- 2 years’ experience in similar roles within structured environments or a consultancy firm
- Knowledge of inventory techniques, warehouse, and stock management
- Project management tools and techniques
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) – SAP/Power BI as a plus
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Time management
