Description

The Learning Specialist supports the implementation of corporate learning initiatives, contributing to the smooth delivery of training activities and to a positive and consistent learning experience across the organization. Supporting the Corporate Training Senior Manager and working in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, the role helps translate learning priorities into well-coordinated and high-quality actions.

Through day-to-day support on training operations, content preparation, digital learning activities and reporting, the position contributes to the development of employees’ skills and to the effective execution of local and global learning programs, in line with business needs and Group guidelines.

Les missions

  1. Support the collection and consolidation of training needs from Corporate Departments, local HR teams and key stakeholders.
  2. Contribute to the preparation and coordination of learning initiatives across classroom, digital and blended formats.
  3. Support the creation, update and publishing of training materials and digital learning contents through authoring tools and the corporate Learning Management System.
  4. Coordinate the operational aspects of training activities, including scheduling, enrolments, materials preparation and logistical follow-up.
  5. Liaise with internal stakeholders, external providers and local HR teams to support the smooth execution of learning initiatives.
  6. Support the delivery of corporate training programs such as onboarding, compliance, language, IT, innovation, data protection, CSR, diversity and inclusion, and environmental training.
  7. Monitor attendance, feedback and key learning data, supporting the preparation of reports for internal stakeholders, Group counterparts and audits.
  8. Maintain training data and learning records within relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  9. Provide day-to-day support to employees and managers on learning activities, tools and processes.
  10. Contribute to the continuous improvement of learning materials, tools and methodologies through a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
