Description

Launch activities:

·       Manage the placement, negotiation and execution of Bulgari advertising on traditional media platforms.

·       Ensure well-balanced, effective and optimized brand visibility and budget allocation in markets

·       Work closely with team to ensure orchestra seamless online-to-offline media campaigns that drive qualified traffic to key retail locations

·       Optimize media spending efficiency through strategic negotiation, performance-based buying, and continuous vendor/partner evaluation.

·       Identify emerging city OOH and landlord new placements to keep Bvlgari’s media approach updated in the marketplace.

·       Support to develop yearly media strategy and conduct negotiation

Communications;

·       Build strong relations and seamless communication with key stakeholders including but not limited to landlords and 3rd parties to maximize resources, exposure and opportunities dedicated to Bulgari, ensuring all implementations are in line with brand and communication strategy & business objectives.

·       Proactively communicate with internal local/global teams to ensure seamless and timely communication and alignment on all initiatives.

Daily operations:

·       Ensure all media activities comply with internal book processes, local advertising regulations and internal compliance policies

·       Collect, consolidate, and validate all related reports from media partners, agencies, etc..

·       Ensure timely delivery of work with discreetness and ability to pay attention to details.

·       Flawless day-to-day execution that meets brand standard.

 

 

Education:

University graduate education with a minimum of 5 years marketing experience.

Languages:

Great command of written and spoken English

Professional experience & know how:

  • Knowledge of production and promotions workings
  • Ideally to have had experience at marketing position in retail industry of well-known brands

Technical & management skills:

Computer literacy

Personal & interpersonal skills:

  • Highly detail-oriented, organized, and patient
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Good organizing, planning; coordination and execution skills
  • Team player and ability to communicate with all levels
  • Agility, flexibility and fast-paced to react to rapid changes
