Drive the strategic planning and flawless execution of Bvlgari’s media ecosystem across the Middle East, Africa and India, ensuring a seamless integration of offline and online channels to elevate brand visibility, support business priorities and maximize return on investment.
Encompassing end-to-end ownership of the brand's digital presence — from media-driven traffic and e-commerce performance to e-merchandising, platform partnerships and website experience — this position translates regional ambitions into measurable digital growth.
The role acts as a key liaison between HQ, regional stakeholders, media agencies and commercial partners, overseeing ATL campaigns, local productions, e-commerce activations and omnichannel initiatives while ensuring alignment with the Maison’s communication strategy.
Media Strategy & Campaign Planning
- Develop and execute regional media strategies aligned with business objectives and Maison priorities.
- Build annual and campaign-specific media plans across digital, print, outdoor and emerging platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of ATL campaigns in collaboration with the regional media agency.
- Identify opportunities to increase visibility, optimize investments and strengthen brand impact across markets.
Local Productions & Campaign Management
- Lead the media planning and coordination of regional productions, including Ramadan and other locally developed campaigns.
- Brief agencies and external partners, ensuring deliverables align with brand guidelines and HQ expectations.
- Coordinate approvals with HQ and regional stakeholders to ensure timely campaign launches.
- Manage production timelines and media rollouts from planning through execution.

E-commerce & Digital Performance
- Support regional e-commerce activations, product launches and campaign implementation.
- Monitor website performance, traffic and conversion metrics in collaboration with digital partners.
- Coordinate product launches, campaign assets and content deployment across digital platforms.
- Drive continuous optimization through regular performance reviews and agency collaboration.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly and annual e-commerce performance reports, tracking key metrics and translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with HQ on UX/UI insights, contributing regional perspective to improve the online customer journey and digital experience.
- Partner with the media agency to set, track and manage website targets, ensuring digital investment is aligned with performance objectives.
- Manage e-merchandising across regional digital touchpoints, ensuring product presentation, sequencing and content are optimised to drive conversion and reflect brand standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with PR, CRM, Retail, Merchandising, Trade Marketing and Client Development teams to ensure integrated 360° campaign execution.
- Align media plans with commercial calendars, product launches and retail priorities to maximise impact.
- Foster collaboration across departments to ensure consistent messaging and avoid siloed execution.
Partner & Market Management
- Act as the key media contact for regional franchisees and wholesale partners, ensuring alignment on campaign planning, investment priorities and execution.
- Support partners in media strategy while monitoring compliance with agreed budgets and timelines.
- Develop and oversee website marketing plans for e-tailer partners, coordinating activations, placements and content to maximise brand visibility and sales performance across platforms.
- Share best practices and recommendations to elevate media performance across the region.
Analytics, Reporting & Budget Management
- Track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to optimise future initiatives.
- Monitor media budgets, agency spending and invoicing to ensure efficient investment and ROI.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and emerging media opportunities to strengthen regional performance.
Agency Management
- Manage day-to-day relationships with media agencies and digital partners.
- Challenge recommendations, evaluate opportunities and ensure plans are aligned with Bvlgari’s strategic objectives and luxury positioning.
- Drive accountability through regular performance reviews and optimisation discussions.
