YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

As CRM Analyst, and part of the Clienteling & CRM Department, you will participate in the development and implementation of CRM strategies and initiatives to enhance client relationships and drive business growth. You will be in charge of data analysis, reporting, and supporting omnichannel clienteling efforts.

This experience will enable you to gain deep insights into luxury client behavior, contribute to strategic decision-making, and develop expertise in CRM within a prestigious fashion house.

You will have the opportunity to learn about global CRM strategies, clienteling best practices, and the dynamics of the luxury retail market.


YOUR IMPACT

CLIENT INSIGHTS
• Develop and manage weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual routine client insight reports.
• Create Ad-hoc and recurrent analyses on client behavior to drive the strategy and decision making.
• Collaborate with internal teams on client insights, proactive recommendation of data use-cases based on data analysis.
• Perform deep-dive analysis on client segments to identify opportunities for personalized communication and offers.

REPORTING AND BI
• Create regional CRM Dashboards, dedicated to Central, Regional stakeholders and retail network, leveraging clienteling database and qualitative insights from the Leadership Team and Retail field.
• Continuously track and propose insights of client engagement campaigns through online & offline performance.
• Define and test new KPIs / create documentation on best practices and KPIs.
• Ensure client data quality and consistency / CRM database maintenance and enhancement.
• Monitor CRM campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

DATA ANALYSIS
• Develop advanced analytics and statistics to support functional and industry applications.
• Enhance regular dashboard and tracking reports in order to bring a simple and clear view of client insight to stakeholders.
• Retrieve data from data hub, transfer data into business insight by data analysis, data mining and modeling. Initiate business strategic plans and advise to management team.
• Perform internal and external benchmarking on various topics; provide associated recommendations and identify opportunities for development.
• Support the development and execution of personalized client journeys and loyalty programs.

Profil

KEYS FOR SUCCESS Education: • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field or "equivalent experience" Experience: • Minimum. 2-years experience in CRM, data analysis, or a similar role, preferably in the luxury, fashion, or retail industry. • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP CRM). • Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus. Competencies: • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint. • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python/R for statistical analysis). • Orientation to details and ability to deal with a large amount of data. • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a complex work environment; entrepreneurial drive, ability to take initiative and work independently. • Ability to work in a time sensitive and fast-paced business. • Strategic thinking & data-driven. • Strong communication skills, ability to deliver information in a concise manner. • Very good project management skills. • Understanding of brand standards and client behaviors in the luxury space. • Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
