YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT

Reporting to the Global Retail Performance Manager, part of the Retail & Omni Performance & Operations Department, you will support in following and sustaining the enhancement of global sales at a global level through the tracking of performance and deployment of strategic projects, processes and tools.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with regional counterparts, specifically retail directors and retail performance & operations managers, to ensure all communications and projects are effectively relayed locally.

Les missions

Store performance enhancement & monitoring

  • Oversee the generation of weekly and monthly commercial performance reports for executive leadership
  • Monitor and ensure follow-up on key performance indicators (e.g., UPT, cross-selling), implementing action plans as necessary
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses of store and staff productivity, including metrics such as net sales per square meter and net sales per staff by zone, and address KPI challenges
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of a performance-driven culture across the region
  • Develop actionable recommendations designed to synchronize staffing with customer flow, thereby boosting customer conversion performance across stores (match to traffic, productivity, span of control..)
  • In partnership with the IS&T; team, review and improve the reporting’s to help the performance monitoring and support the teams in taking decisions
  • Work with the data team to create new PowerBI dashboards or enhance the existing

Lead retail performance strategic projects

  • Work hand-in-hand with tech and cross-functional business teams to initiate, prioritize, and execute strategic projects
  • Oversee retail performance initiatives enhancing both client experience and team efficiency from initial concept through testing and deployment
  • Develop data-driven tools and frameworks to support retail decision-making and business performance
  • Track the implementation of new projects, assessing their impact on key business metrics
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with Retail Operations, IS/IT, Data, HR, Finance and regional teams
  • Support change management across the retail network with training and communication content creation

Innovation & Transformation

  • Suggest innovative solutions that can drive growth and productivity
  • Lead and champion the team’s innovative projects across departments
  • Be proactive in identifying use cases addressable by transformative solutions

 

Profil

keys for success Education: Business School or University Experience: Position requires minimum of 2 years of relevant analytical and project management experience Retail experience and or experience in luxury/fashion business a plus Competencies: Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional and changing environment Agility to move from one priority to another Capability to convert complex data into insightful information and action plans Detail oriented, highly organized and rigorous Good Excel and PowerPoint skills, PowerBI is a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Languages: French and English Workplace: Paris 2ème Potential starting date: September 2026
