YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT
As a Visual Merchandiser based in Beijing, you will support the overall in-store visual presentation, window display and seasonal VM execution for luxury boutiques. Ensure consistent brand aesthetics and global merchandising standard across stores, balance artistic presentation with commercial performance, and deliver high-end brand experience for premium clients.
YOUR IMPACT
- Implement global VM guidelines, seasonal concepts and new collection display standards independently.
- Conduct regular on-site & remote store VM changes, maintain unified store styling, color zoning and tidy luxury presentations.
- Optimize prime display areas for new arrivals, key pieces and high-value products to drive store sales.
- Assist in VM tools ordering, allocation and daily prop management with cost control awareness.
- Support key activities including new openings, previews, pop-up events, etc.; provide basic VM training to in-store teams.
KEYS FOR SUCCESS
Education:
Bachelor or above, Fashion / Visual Art / Fine Art related academic background preferred.
Experience:
1+ year full time VM experience in luxury retail, with luxury aesthetic and display sense.
Competencies:
- Able to understand English VM manuals and complete seasonal & window updates independently.
- Detail-oriented, sensitive to color, layout and collection matching.
- Able to support seasonal overtime and cross-store business trips.
- Well-organized, disciplined and highly executive.
- Good English reading skill for HQ documents.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Languages: Fluent in Mandarin and English
