Description

The IT MANAGER coordinates and operates in all matters related to the information technology of the organization. He or she is the reference point for any intervention related to their core responsibilities and brings their technical knowledge and skills to ensure the proper functioning of the equipment, systems, and software under their responsibility.

In constant collaboration with the LVMH Management IT Department, the IT Manager is responsible for the implementation of the information system, particularly in the context of the hotel transformation and is also responsible for service quality and security throughout the entire IT infrastructure.

Les missions

IT Asset Management and IS supervision:

  • Plan, coordinate, and document the deployment of hardware, office equipment, and software components within the organization's IT inventory.
  • Establish maintenance contracts as needed for the entire IT infrastructure.
  • Enforce and oversee data security policies to ensure the confidentiality of internal and client data (GDPR compliance).
  • Secure and manage access to various internal IT systems in accordance with security policies defined by LVMH Hotel Management.
  • Document and maintain the hardware and software inventory, and manage associated budget tracking in coordination with the Finance department.
  • Collaborate with LVMH Hotel Management and the Finance department in the selection and procurement of IT equipment.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate IT projects (infrastructure and software) required for the organization's operations, in collaboration with LVMH Hotel Management IT teams.
  • Perform or oversee the execution of routine technical tasks and the provisioning of IT equipment for internal clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical department in maintaining IT equipment related to the hotel's operations (Wi-Fi, telephony, home automation, etc.).
  • Ensure software updates for the entire IT inventory.
  • Conduct technological research in collaboration with LVMH Hotel Management IT to identify new hardware or software tools that can enhance the IT infrastructure.
  • Implement recommendations from the LVMH Hotel Management group and ensure the smooth operation of the entire IT architecture.
  • Provide weekly and monthly activity reports as required by the LVMH Hotel Management IT Department.

Technical Skills:

  • Network administration (VLAN, Firewall, Routing)
  • Active Directory
  • Wi-Fi infrastructure administration (Ruckus, Cisco)
  • PABX administration (3CX, Alcatel)
  • Virtualization (VMWare)
  • Backup (Veeam)
  • Workspace One
  • Knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS), especially Opera and Symphony.

User Support:

  • Assist internal and external users in the use of hardware and software within the organization.
  • Resolve incidents related to improper use or malfunction of devices and software.
  • In case of major IT incidents, manage crisis communication, develop action plans, and activate escalation procedures.
  • Handle troubleshooting of identified faulty hardware and ensure timely replacement.
  • Team Management:
  • Recruit, train, and supervise the staff for whom you organize work and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations in your department.
  • Report any "abnormal" situations related to the safety or risk of accidents involving clients or colleagues to your superiors.
