Culinary art is celebrated through five creative scenes: Mizumi, the Asian restaurant by the lake, Vivamento, the vibrant Italian pool-side bar, Sula, the feet-in-the-sand beach club, and Cheval Blanc’s signature concepts, Le 1947 French gastronomic restaurant and Le White cosmopolitan restaurant.
This peaceful retreat also boasts a collection of wellness rituals by Guerlain at the Cheval Blanc Spa, a swimming pool, a fitness centre, a surf simulator and two tennis and padel courts. Little ones are invited to enter a world of amazement at Le Carrousel kids’ club while our Ambassadeurs craft memorable bespoke experiences for each and every guest.
Les missions
The Night Manager ensures the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift, under the supervision of the Front Office Manager. He/She coordinates operational departments and works closely with the Security team to guarantee the comfort and safety of both Guests and Ambassadors.
He/She is responsible for front desk operations during the night, including guest reception, arrivals and departures in accordance with established procedures. The Night Manager carries out regular rounds of the property and reports any non-compliance or irregularities.
He/She oversees all hotel activities during the night, manages reservations in the absence of the dedicated department, and handles late arrivals or unexpected departures. The role includes supervising billing and cash handling, checking rates, closing the house, and preparing daily reports and next-day arrivals in coordination with other departments.
The Night Manager handles guest complaints and requests, demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the hotel’s rooms and services, and actively promotes hotel offerings (rooms, restaurants, spa, etc.).
Profil
Previous experience in a similar role within a 5-star hotel Advanced knowledge of operational and financial management (billing control, cash handling, reconciliations, etc.) Strong sales and communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Opera Cloud Fluent English and French Proficiency in a third language is an advantageInformations complémentaires
